Chicken 65 Recipe/How to make Chicken 65 easily at home/Chicken 65 with step by step photos

Ingredients

Chicken Boneless

500 gm

Ginger & Garlic Paste

1.5 tbsp

Red Chilli Powder

1.5 tbsp

Coriander Powder

1 tsp

Turmeric Powder

½ tsp

Cumin Powder/Jeeragam Powder

1.5 tsp

Black Pepper Powder

1 tsp

Garam Masala Powder

1 tsp

Corn Flour

2 tbsp

Rice Flour

1 tbsp

Egg

1

Lemon Juice

Juice from ½ lemon

Salt

 As needed

Oil

For frying

Curry Leaves

For garnishing

Preparation Time: 10-12 minutes                      Recipe Category: Appetizer, Side Dish

Cooking time: 30 minutes                                    Recipe Cuisine: Indian

Method
Clean and wash the chicken. Cut it in to cubes and keep it aside.

Now add all the ingredients mentioned above to the chicken except the oil and curry leaves.

Mix all the ingredients really well with chicken and keep it marinated for at least 2 hrs.

Fry the chicken in oil, now yummy chicken 65 is ready to be served.

Fry the curry leaves in the oil and garnish the chicken 65.
